I am trying to quit smoking again!,Ihave tried using the nicotine patch and zyban,neither one worked.I quit for the month that I wore the patch, but started smoking again after I stopped wearing it.I would like to hear information about other methods of quitting,successes,failures,etc,from other smokers please email me any helpful opinions.
